I have no idea what that is, but I know what you mean about the late night..ness. I'm always up late, but I don't watch tv. I'm usually up late checking this around the internet. Watch-movies.net is where its AT!
I never liked MTV although MTV-VH1 in the states was always addicting. I finish my exams later today at 7pm :S.
